All Items on the web site are shipped with in 3 business days.

Full payment is required before work can begin on your Special order.
Allow 4 to 8 weeks for shipments if you order more than 6 tile of any one style. If they are in stock, they will be shipped out with in 5 working days.
For the Mosaic Flower Pots, Gazing Balls and Mosaic Signs allow 4 to 6 weeks if they are not in stock. All the Flower Pots, Gazing Balls and Mosaic Signs are one of a kind. I will try to make one very similar as the one shown. The color, Shapes and texture and placement of pieces may vary a little.

Orders will be directly shipped to the customer via USPS (United State Postal Service) unless otherwise requested.
Mosaic Tiles and Tiles I can combine shipping on.( Insurance not included ).
All other Items have to be shipping separately and I do include Insurance on them.

If there is a problem, PLEASE let me know and we will work together to resolve the issue. I will do my best to insure its safe delivery, it is possible that accidents happen in transit and I can't be responsible once it leaves my hands.

If any breakage should occur and it is insured it must be reported to the carrier (i.e. USPS) immediately. Any count discrepancy must be reported to Crystal Diamond Designs within 3 days. Any damages occurring during shipping MUST be handled through a claim with USPS. Crystal Diamond Designs will replace defective tiles (not caused by shipping) BEFORE installation. Crystal Diamond Designs is not responsible for materials used to install our tile, method used, skill of the installer, type of maintenance, usage or amount of traffic. We, therefore, do not guarantee our tile against chipping, cracking , spalling, discoloring, wearing or scratching. We assume no obligation beyond the purchase price of products supplied by Crystal Diamond Designs and assume no liability for damages of any kind.

Please if we agree on you returning the item, Please wrap the item in the box/wrapping it came in, or something comparable that will protect it-items that are shipped back and damaged due to negligence will not be give a Merchandise Credit.

Congratulations on your mosaic purchase! There are a few things to keep in mind now that you own a true, original mosaic masterpiece -- no matter what size it is! My mosaics are made of hand made ceramic, and found objects so you’ll want to handle your mosaic with care and caution due to the nature of materials and possible sharp pieces. If your mosaic drops on the floor it will most likely break so keep that in mind when choosing a hook for the wall.

Mosaics are easy to maintain -- a feather duster or soft cloth works just fine. But we know that spills sometime happen. We suggest you clean off the affected tiles with a slightly damp sponge dipped in a mild detergent. On the Mosaic you use out doors, you mitt what to use a grout sealer once or twice a year.

Crystal Diamond Designs does receive your name, e-mail and address for shipping purposes. Any personal information we receive from our Contact Us page is kept within the company. We never sell or give out personal information. It is used solely by Crystal Diamond Designs to stay in touch with our customers.

When you have checked out and the item is out of stock I will not be having it back in the store, it will not be available again.
